Shipping Policy

We make fast, faster... including delivery of your new Sirris order.

  • All product ship directly from our Taiwan manufacturing facility
  • Orders are usually processed within 2 business days
  • Orders ship within 3 days (excluding weekends) of receiving order
  • All orders are air priority shipped and arrive to the US within a 1-3 day period
  • After placing your order, expect to see your order within 3-7 days
  • Shipping around holidays may take slightly longer than expected due to high traffic

Our Returns Policy

At Sirris, we stand behind the quality and performance of our E-Moto suspension systems.

Suspension needs to be set up properly to function properly.

If you are having problems with your product, it may be because of how it is set up on your vehicle or scrambled settings in the compression and rebound. 

The first step is getting in touch with us via email. Provide us clear info on your situation. How long have you ridden it, last time since service, any odd noises or performance, etc. We may be able to help you via email or a phone call, or via a local dealer. Allow us to help you get the right setup and settings for you.

After troubleshooting your vehicle setup and rider settings, if it is still not functioning properly, you may send it to one of our authorized service centers. It is recommended to hang on to the box it came in for transporting for service. Keep in mind, to keep your fork and shock performing at the highest level, they both need maintenance and regular service.

Once our service center has received your fork and shock, we will review the info you gave us and may try and reach you for more detail. If we have determined that it simply needs regular service, we will have you approve us to do maintenance. Fork service and shock service each cost $145.00, not including the parts, oil, or shipping (if necessary).

If we find that something is wrong with your fork, Sirris will cover you. We provide a 2-year warranty on all our suspension products.

Maybe the tune you selected is not for you? Maybe you bought an MX Tune, and things have changed and you decide that you want a Trail Tune instead? That is no problem, our Authorized Sirris Service Centers can provide fork and shock re-valving. Fork and shock each cost $245 for a complete teardown and re-valve. In general, if you are going to do a re-valve, you will want to do a service at the same time.

All our service parts are listed on our website, and our Service Center will be transparent about what parts were changed out.

We are super confident we can get you to a spot where you love the ride. If for some reason though, you are not satisfied with Sirris, we will work something out with you. We are real human beings, riding the same bikes as you are. We want you to enjoy our product.
